Mar 30, 2021 Disney Refund Details:
Bob Rodgers Travel is giving us a 100% refund on any payments made for the Disney Trip, including a full refund on the insurance (if purchased through P&O). If you paid any cash payments, you will receive that full amount back. For any “fundraised” money, this will stay in the student’s account to be used on future band needs and/or trips. These refunds will take 8-10 weeks. If you check your charms account, you will see what the total lump sum refund amount is, it does not separate the cash payments from the fundraised amount. Once the P&O receives the refund from Bob Rodgers, we will contact you regarding your refund payment, how much it is and how to get it to you. If your student is a senior (and you did not attend the meeting last night), please contact Rocky immediately for additional refund details.
If you paid for insurance or other payments directly through Bob Rodgers (not through the P&O), you will need to contact them directly to discuss your refund.

CHS P&O Band Club Disney Trip 2021 Update March 19.2021
It is with deep regrets that we must inform you that the CHS P&O Band trip to Disney this June 1-6 has been cancelled. The P&O officers have worked tirelessly with the school administration, the travel agency, the insurance companies to set up a plan that would safely allow our students and chaperones to safely visit Disney, however, we have not been able to verify with great confidence that we could do this trip safely.
